Mediation before a mediation centre is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Mediation Act and the mediation centre's Rules on Mediation.

The Croatian Chamber of Economy and the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts will, with the consent of the minister responsible for consumer protection, adopt decisions on costs in proceedings before the Court of Honour of the Croatian Chamber of Economy and the Court of Honour of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts.
